What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Systems Analyst position at The Summit Center?
The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for implementing and managing the efficient use of the Evolv system and the Office 365 Suite to support core organizational functions and business processes. They will collaborate with business units to identify opportunities to leverage Evolv and Office 365 tools to improve business processes and workflows, and determine the best practices for implementing and utilizing these systems. The Analyst will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing efficient business and operations systems using Evolv and Office 365 tools, as well as coordinating and performing in-depth tests and post-implementation support. Additionally, the Analyst will liaise with vendor representatives as needed to ensure vendor communications are properly directed through the appropriate channels. The Business Systems Analyst will adhere to organizational values and employment policies, and perform other duties as assigned by their supervisor.
- Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business and operations requirements and systems goals and identify and resolve systems issues.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Evolv system and the Office 365 Suite (O365), providing consultation and guidance to business units and the IT department on the effective use of these systems.
- Lead design sessions to enhance business processes, operations, and information process flow using Evolv and O365 tools.
- Keep up to date on emerging O365 technologies and make recommendations for how the organization can best leverage these tools to meet its strategic objectives.
- Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of Evolv and O365 and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems and others that apply.
- Assist in the planning, design, and deployment of Evolv and O365 tools for new business units and enhancements to existing systems, working with IT team to provide guidance and support to end-users of effective use of both Evolv and O365 tools, including troubleshooting issues and answering questions.
- Assist in preparing and delivering reports from Evolv for business units across the organization
- Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for Evolv and O365, and provide post-implementation support.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to Evolv and O365 tools, including user guides, technical specifications, and best practices, working closely with the Training Team.
- Work with IT team to customize and integrate O365 tools with other systems as needed
- Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects related to Evolv and O365, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE – College diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, computer science, or management information systems or 5 years related work experience.
SALARY RANGE: $45-58,000
