Room Attendant

Our beachfront boutique hotel is looking for energetic, friendly, passionate, responsible, and professional team members. The Room Attendant must demonstrate and promote a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests and associates. The position is responsible for cleaning guest rooms in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities, as needed.
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standard.
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed.
• Stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supply carts on a daily basis.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Perform guest turn-down service, as needed.

• The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
