As a Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing daily shift operations, assisting in the training of new FOH employees, monitoring flow of seating/waitlist, work closely with kitchen manager to ensure food quality and pacing, assuring all end of shift cash outs are completed correctly, jump in during peak times to ensure service runs smoothly. Ensure that guests feel welcome and have a wonderful experience. Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
