We are a property management office looking for an Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and examine accounting records, owner's statements, tenant ledgers, property-based financial statements, and other financial reports
  • Reconcile multiple bank accounts
  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
  • Reconcile general ledger account balances
  • Report analysis and findings to the management team
  • Interface with clients and vendors regarding accounting matters
  • Develop and analyze financial reporting for business operations and budgets
  • Perform audits, ensuring adherence to quality standard requirements
  • Create new processes to improve financial effectiveness and efficiency
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  •  4 year Accounting degree 
  • Previous experience in accounting (5 years) or other related fields
  • Previous experience in the reconciliation of credit cards
  • Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and Word
  • Detail and deadline oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to multitask
