The Sylvia Brafman Mental Health Center is seeking a Case Manager to fulfill our position available in Tamarac, FL. As a Case manager, you will facilitate our clients’ care by assessing their needs, evaluate treatment options, plans, and be involved in evaluating various services to help our clients gain function and independence. Case Manager will help clients connect with resources that can help them with their challenges, whether they be mental health or substance abuse. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of mental health disorders, treatments, and community resources. Bilingual preferred but not required.

Required Education/Skills:

• Bachelors degree in psychology or related field preferred
• High School Diploma required
• Minimum two (2) year's experience working with adults with mental illness
• Minimum two (2) year's experience in case management, or mental health discipline
• Successful completion of Level II background screening

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
