QA/QC Manager – El Dorado, AR

Location: El Dorado

The Systems Group is looking for an energetic individual to be our next Quality Assurance/ Control Manager. We are looking for someone to help with the day-to-day issues that pop up but to also be part of the big picture and contribute to the long-term strategy of our operations across the country. QA/QC Manager Responsibilities:

• Initiate, implement, and supervise the Quality Control Program
• Identify and initiate solutions for any nonconformity
• Conduct an annual review of the Quality Program for conformity and improvement
• Maintain required documentation for objective evidence of quality

QA/QC Manager Job Skills:

• Must be able to communicate well both written and verbally
• Must be able to effectively manage in process and final inspectors

Experience and Requirements:

• Previous experience in a fabrication shop is required
• OSHA Approved Met-Guard boots (annual company allowance provided)
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
