  • Building, leading and developing a dynamic and diverse team.
  • Ensuring our guests have an amazing dining experience.
  • Assisting the General Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant
  • Analyzing sales and controlling expenses, payroll and inventory
  • Utilizing your exceptional attention to detail, safety, cleanliness and organization
  • Communicating company's mission of serving sustainable, traceable seafood (We’re a certified B-Corp!)

Qualifications

  • Two years restaurant manager experience (preferred)
  • Strong financial acumen, including an understanding of P&Ls and COGs
  • Required food handler certification.
  • Ability to handle shellfish / tolerate exposure to shellfish allergen.

Compensation & Benefits

This position has potential for a large bonus up to 50% of salary
