A nonprofit community-based organization in Florida is currently seeking an experienced professional to join their staff as their new IT Help Desk Specialist. In this role, the IT Help Desk Specialist (Hybrid) will be responsible for providing Tier 1 & 2 technical support working the Zoho ticketing queue.

***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 4 days a week.***

Responsibilities:

The IT Help Desk Specialist (Hybrid) will:
  • Provide Tier 1 & 2 technical support working the Zoho ticketing queue
  • Ask questions via phone, email and Teams then perform root cause analysis to troubleshoot issues
  • Network/printing issues with Lexmark printers, scanners and label printers
  • Handle new hire setups and assign licenses
  • Update email addresses and assist with MS Teams issues
  • Help with project work for network and security projects
  • Provide remote support using remote support tools.
  • Follow and track timely resolution per service level agreements
  • Follow SLAs on ticket resolution
  • Configure and support computer hardware and software excluding EMR
  • Work with software/hardware vendors to resolve issues
  • Perform other duties, as needed
Required Skills:
  • 3 years Information Technology experience
  • Local to Sarasota/Ybor/St. Pete/Tampa with reliable transportation for daily commute.
  • Someone who works independently but asks questions vs trying to resolve new issues on their own.
  • Experience resolving 0365 issues including backend and desktop applications.
  • Experience resolving network and printing issues.
