ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• maintaining a proper inventory of the below install projects supporting using an excel based platform. This includes serial numbers, part numbers, shipment dates, etc.
• Starshield: terminals and associated install equipment.
• Integrated Alarm Generator Panel (IAGP): announcing systems and associated install equipment.
• Microwave Commlink: radios/antennas and associated install equipment.
• VTC: video equipment and associated install equipment.
• Secure Wireless Access Network: networking equipment, radios, antennas, and install material.

NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & LICENSURE REQUIRED:

• Two (2) years of Logistics Operations/Inventory management experience.
• Two (2) years of excel experience.
• High School Degree/ GED, BS is preferred.
• Two (2) years working in DoD industry.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Must be able to work independently, have strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
• Superior customer service focus.
• Be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work is typically performed in a controlled office environment.  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
