ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Observe and assess the organizational safety processes and make recommendations on how to improve in functional areas as it relates to the overall safety and wellbeing of personnel, equipment, and facilities. Individual analyzes, organizes, plans and administers various staff assistance visits as required while coordinating with division level safety personnel to identify safety related trends, best practices, areas in need of improvement, and other duties as assigned by management to include, but not limited to:
