``` Overview```

- cleaning 2 to 3 accommodations per day (each takes approx. 80 to 120 minutes)

⁃ Schedule can be somewhat flexible. Fridays and Sundays are required. A commitment of at least 3 to 5 days a week availability is required.

⁃ Set schedule for cleaning is 11AM-3PM, however most days there are early checkouts so cleaning can start as early as 9:30 or 10. If more hours are desired a 40 hour work week can be accommodated easily.

⁃ Cleaning involves: changing linens, picking up trash, sweeping, mopping, dusting,

- wiping down smudges on tent, setting out 6 pieces of firewood, confirming all items are present and in working order, restocking and refilling, mopping/wiping down bathroom area, cleaning toilet, washing used dishes and staging the room to match pictures.

- Staff will clean individually not as a team.

⁃ Reporting maintenance issues: light bulbs, missing items, mulch needed, repairs, damages, etc...

```Duties```

- Perform general housekeeping duties such as cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing rooms and common areas
- Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
- Sweeping and mopping
- Cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste properly
- Restocking supplies in bathrooms and common areas
- changing bed linens
- Cleaning kitchen areas including appliances, countertops, and dishes

```Experience```

- Previous experience of at least 5 years in housekeeping or residential cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products for different surfaces
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
