Glenn’s Café is now joined with The Tiger Hotel, the only 4 diamond hotel in Columbia. Built in 1928 The Tiger Hotel was the most lavish hotel in Columbia, with modern amenities seen nowhere else. The Tiger sign on the roof became and is to this day one of the most notable landmarks in Columbia.
Great restaurant memories come from many places. The sights, sounds, scents and as importantly the food. These memories cannot be built without a skilled, and positive Dishwasher. As the Dishwasher, your day to day will be:
- Clean each dish, utensil, and glass for each guest
- Own your Dishwashing Machine – keep on top of supplies and equipment, while maintaining our chemical standards
- Tell your supervisor or duty manager about any unsafe equipment, low supplies or safety incidents
- Help create a safe space by following our safety procedures and wearing necessary protective equipment
- Be cleaner than clean – meet or exceed local cleanliness and hygiene laws
- Help with disposing boxes and packages from food truck deliveries
- Wear your uniform with pride
- Organize all dishes, containers, pans, etc.
Requirements:
- Teamwork and leadership skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Obtain a Food Handler’s Certification.
- Ability to lift or carry at least 50 lbs.
