The Title Group LLC is an established and growing title company based in Middle TN. Our growth has created a new opportunity at our Clarksville regional office. The candidate will be responsible for working on REAL ESTATE / MORTGAGE CLOSINGS.
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic candidate with 1 years’ experience in mortgage, real estate or title.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and build professional relationship with customers
- Provide status of the transaction throughout the closing process to the appropriate customers
- Assist in the collection of the necessary data to include but not limited to; payoff orders, property taxes, water/sewer, HOA status, and municipality lien search’s
- Entering all collected data into the closing system
- Constant communication with the client/customers, mortgage LO's and Real estate Agents
- Answer Phones
- Be an all around Rock Star!
- Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- Team player.
- Communicate with team and customers
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and with the team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are required
- Identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- 1 years as a experience in title, mortgage or real estate
- High School or equivalent work experience required
- Able to follow all company procedures and policies including meeting the company customer service expectations
- Background check required
