Responsibilities
- Package sold vehicle documents for submission to a Private Tag Agency
- Prepare and process tax and title documents for out-of-state vehicle sales
- Prepare and process title paperwork for used vehicle wholesale transactions
- Prepare and process dealer trades and inter-company vehicle transfers
- Record new and used vehicle inventory purchases and maintain stock folders
- Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the billing process
- Maintain a log of all dealer tags and process annual renewals
- Process all vehicle warranties and extended service contracts
- Accounting computer data posting
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- 2 years of Automotive Tag and Title clerical experience required
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willing to submit a background check
