About The Role

As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that will drive strategic decisions and improve our overall performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-related needs, develop reports and dashboards, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities

Data Collection and Analysis:

* Gather, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
* Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
* Utilize statistical techniques to extract meaningful insights from data.

Reporting and Visualization:

* Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools like [Tableau, Power BI, Excel].
* Present data-driven insights to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

Data Quality and Governance:

* Monitor data quality and integrity, identifying and resolving data issues as they arise.
* Establish and enforce data governance standards and best practices.

Collaborative Approach:

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
* Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
        
Continuous Improvement:

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis.
* Identify opportunities to enhance data collection and analysis processes.

About You

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience.
* Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role is a plus, but not essential
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
* Strong data visualization skills and experience with data visualization tools.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
