Overview:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Preschool Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine interest in nurturing young minds.
Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote the intellectual and social development of children
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
- Conduct assessments to monitor students' progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs
- Incorporate literacy education, physical education, and other specialized activities into daily routines
- Provide care for toddlers, including early intervention when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behavior
Skills:
- Proficiency in classroom management techniques
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles
- Experience in childcare or special education settings
- Ability to create and execute effective lesson plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues
- Passion for educating young children and fostering their growth
