The Treetop Therapy is searching for a BCBA to be part of a growing team of clinicians who are dedicated to making positive impacts on the ABA industry. Minimum Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst or equivalent board certification (in good standing with board requirements)
- State Licensure (where applicable)
- Ability to be credentialed with commercial and state insurances
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable means of transportation (we do not transport clients)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test (in applicable states)
- Ability to travel to multiple locations
- Ability to obtain and/or complete CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work with clients of multiple ages, skill levels and behaviors
- Ability to communicate and collaborate in a team environment
- Ability to communicate and summarize information clearly and concisely in written form
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test (in applicable states)
- Passionate about driving change and supporting independent growth
- Desire to be a positive influence in their community and in the lives of the client Treetop services
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a supervisory role in the field of ABA
- Active NPI and CAQH
- Knowledge of insurance payers in your area and applicable billing codes and practices.
- Prior experience with EMR systems for data collection and medical records (Central Reach).
- Experience working in the home, community, school and clinic settings.
- A desire to drive growth while maintaining a focus on clinical excellence and standards.
- Experience with leadership of a behavior technician team and driving training and growth to support the team.
