Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1.Performs coaching and recruiting duties.
3.Complies with NCAA and Conference rules and regulations, and department plans.
4.Demonstrates effectiveness of public relations, media relations, and people skills.
5.Sets and accomplishes program goals.
6.Maintains effective working relationship with department support staff and other university personnel.
7.Demonstrates effectiveness in maintaining budget and organizational skills.
8.Demonstrates effectiveness in monitoring student-athletes academic progress, retention, and graduation; effectiveness in maintaining discipline and control of student-athletes and program;
effectiveness in management of scholarships.
9.Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university in business, management, marketing, sport management, sport coaching, or other related field;
or one to two years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
