Responsibilities:
- Assist with inventory, technology, back-office processes, opening/closing procedures, and much more.
- Collaborate with team members to develop a marketing store strategy.
- Assist new store employees.
- Suggest new ideas to improve store's performance and productivity.

- Become an expert in all products and services, proactively learning about new programs, policies, etc.
- Become a Notary in Massachusetts or Rhode Island depending on store location.

COMPENSATION
$ 15.00 - $ 16.00 per hour based on experience.

WORK SCHEDULE
40-45 hours per week full time or 16-24 hours per week part time, must have open availability from 7:45 am – 6:45 pm Monday through Friday and 8:45 am–3:15 pm on Saturday, and 9:45 am - 3:15 pm on Sundays.
TRAVEL
Domestic travel may be required no more than once per year.
