Key Responsibilities :
Sales Focus : Promote and sell The UPS Store services, including shipping, packaging, printing, and mailbox rentals.
Actively engage customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet and exceed sales goals.
Provide personalized recommendations and solutions to enhance the customer experience.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling : Proactively upsell additional services, such as printing and marketing solutions, to meet customer needs and increase store revenue.
- Cash Handling and POS Operation : Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
- Shipping & Packaging : Assist customers with packaging and shipping solutions.
This includes properly packing items and ensuring shipments are processed correctly.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with store management and colleagues to meet store goals, support business operations, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications :
