Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day store operations
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues
- Train and coach team members to achieve performance goals
- Maintain store appearance and ensure inventory accuracy
- Drive sales and promote UPS Store services
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of shipping and printing services is a plus
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Experience with print equipment and Adobe software is a plus!
