As a Retail Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, shipping, printing, packaging, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. ### Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Provide shipping, packaging and printing service
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
- Upsell products and promote current promotions or sales
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
### Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Computer skill
