Retail Sales Associate
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive shopping experience for our valued customers.
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and provide information about products
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to enhance the overall shopping experience
- Engage in shipping and service sales, showcasing benefits and cross selling products
- Utilize multilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base effectively
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, including stocking shelves and arranging displays
- Operate cash register accurately and efficiently to process transactions
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Knowledge of jewelry and appliance sales is a plus
- Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage
- Proficient in using a cash register and handling financial transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
