Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal assistance, office management, and customer service. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring smooth workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, greeting them in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Assist with document preparation, proofreading, and editing
- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with organizing meetings, conferences, and events
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Experience:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Esthetics background would be a plus
