The producer will work under the guidance of the Director of Production and will collaborate on a daily basis with Business Leaders, Creative and Production teams to maintain excellence in all areas of production. In this role, you will help develop and coordinate a variety of work, from still shoots and social media content to case studies, testimonial videos and full-blown broadcast productions.

To succeed you need to be resourceful, a diplomat, be able to develop and oversee budgets, have a good eye, keep calm under pressure, have high-level organizational skills, have solid Production expertise, able to think quickly on your feet and know how to stretch a buck. You need to be thick-skinned, self-starting, good in a group and willing to pitch in on whatever crazy opportunity pops up next.
YOU MUST:
- Collaborate across departments and manage broadcast, photography and content projects, including specialty projects from initiation through implementation and deployment.
- Lead multiple and concurrent projects to guarantee overall quality of work and ensure the project is delivered on time, on or under budget and free of error.
- Secure sourcing quotes and negotiations with broadcast, video, photographers, radio and talent vendors
- Be the communications hub between all agency team members that may touch a video, photography or content project.
- Maintain regular communication with all teams to provide status updates on schedule and budget.
- Develop, implement, and manage project scoping, plan/schedule internal and external resources, estimates, and build project timelines.
- Help manage the trafficking of video, television, and radio ads.
- Route projects through the internal system until final approval.
- Thoroughly review job input and kick back as needed to ensure optimal efficiency for creative staff.
- Provide clear and accurate communication in regard to team member tasks and deliverables.
- Be detail oriented and adept at multi-tasking.
- Gather, organize, and properly store all required assets.
YOU HAVE:
- 4 years of experience managing simultaneous video/photography projects in a fast-paced agency, marketing, or creative services environment.
- The ability to self-motivate and stay organized.
- A solution-driven mindset, even against challenging projects/situations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well with a variety of personalities and work styles.
- Line Producing experience is a plus
- Shooting experience is a plus
