Title: Assistant Program Director (APD)

Hours: Fridays from 12 pm to 8 pm - approximately eight hours a week

Overview: The Victory Project (V.P.) is a one-of-a-kind, faith-based organization dedicated to breaking the pillars of poverty in the lives of disengaged youth. This is accomplished through our 3E's, Education, Entrepreneurship & Enlightenment. All without government funding.

Essential Duties:
- Provide a safe and consistent environment
- Supervise student activities
- Create and support group games, activities, and events for students
- Direct onsite volunteers for maximum coverage and interaction
- Greet all visitors, students, family members, and the public
- Offer hospitality to ensure students, volunteers and guests feel welcome
- Supervise dinner set up and clean up
- Provide consistent encouragement and discipline for students
- Answer phones, direct incoming calls, and ensure timely and helpful responses to requests
- Other duties as assigned

Performance & Probation
Yearly performance reviews will be conducted, at which time compensation can be adjusted based on the employee's performance and the organization's financial ability. This position is subject to drug tests, background and driving record checks.

Salary & Benefits
Starting weekly salary - $152.00. Increases to $165.00 weekly after successful completion of the 60-day probationary period. No overtime, vacation, sick leave, or other benefits will be offered for this part-time position.
