Cabinet Specialist
As a total interior solutions resource, the Allied Group of Companies offers a diverse line-up of products and services. From stone surfaces and cabinetry to sales, service, and more, we are the one-stop for all interior upgrades.
Each of our manufacturing facilities utilizes state-of-the-art, custom CNC machines, edging machines, and robotic water-jet machines. We also employ environmentally friendly practices such as recycling the water used in our fabrication process.
We are Allied Stone strong and Allied Stone proud, and we are looking for a motivated self-starting Cabinet Specialist in our Lubbock location. The Cabinet Specialist is primarily responsible for troubleshooting complex customer problems on-site. Additionally, the Cabinet Specialist duties include fostering positive client relations, and liaising with Client Services Representatives to resolve post installation customer problems.
RESPONSIBILITES
Ensuring a positive and professional client service experience.
Travel throughout the service region to provide customer support.
Problem solving with customers, installation department and client services to create timely solutions.
Providing clients with technical assistance on products and services.
Expediting serious issues to management toward prompt resolution.
Building positive client relations by checking in regularly and following up on active processes.
Maintaining client records and documenting processes.
Completion of field service reports, expense reports, preventive maintenance, and startup data sheets
Identifying potential client services concerns and facilitating proactive intervention steps.
Keeping track of new products on offer, as well as emerging trends in client services.
Recommending product improvements based on client services feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS
2 year experience in natural and synthetic stone installation and repair required.
Thorough understanding of principles of stone product repair and upkeep.
2 years of field service repair and customer service considered an asset.
Safe driving and vehicle operations skills
Experience reading and interpreting schematics, drawings considered an asset.
The ability to write service reports, correspondence, procedures, effectively present information and respond to customer questions.
The capacity to move supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
