What are the responsibilities and job description for the Counseling - Outpatient position at The Village Family Service Center?
The Village Family Service Center is seeking an Outpatient Therapist, who would like to join a strong team that is committed to empowering clients & families and their families. A sign-on bonus is available for this position.
As an Outpatient Therapist you will be required to have a Master's degree in a human service field with a highest license (ex: LICSW, LPCC, LP). Have the ability to complete diagnostic assessments that will define the client needs, risks and strengths, while also establishing strength-based treatment plans. It is also necessary to have an accepting non-judgmental attitude, strong clinical skills with the ability to provide direct clinical services to adults, couples, and families and, children by following and maintaining excellent case management standards.
