The Position:
We're looking for a savvy Business Systems Analyst to join our Information Technology (IT) Shared Services Team. The Business Systems Analyst is primarily responsible for:
- Providing application support to user Departments.
- Acts as the key liaison between the business community, vendors, and the IT Department.
- Responsible for Tier 1 and 2 support of applications and other IT devices, equipment, and systems.
- Translates departments' high-level requirements into functional specifications for the IT Department and manages changes to such specifications.
- Uses a variety of platforms to provide automated systems and applications to users.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Health Care or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Three or more years working experience in analyzing, recommending, implementing, and supporting solutions to complex business workflow problems
