  • Possess a USB headset with amicrophone (required for certification training).
  • Have a hardwired broadbandinternet service (DSL Cable or Fiber Opticconnection).

Experience : Minimumof 2 years in a customer service role. Home Office Setup : A quiet,professional workspace is essential.
