Production Supervisor

As a key member of our team, you will oversee production activities, ensuring that our enjoyable sweets are crafted and packaged to perfection. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and supervise production activities on the first shift, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met
• Prioritize safety and training through the mentoring of the production staff
• Coordinate with team members to optimize production schedules and meet the needs of our valued customers
• Maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement
• Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements to enhance safety, quality and productivity

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in the food industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and manufacturing processes
• Flexibility to work 4 days per week on first shift, normally Monday – Thursday

This is an in-person role; it has no hybrid or remote work component.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 5 years minimum supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of relevant experience and higher education. Higher education is preferred. Salary negotiable depending on experience.
