JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• LPN with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
• Supervisory experience within the senior housing industry services for the aging and/or dementia residents preferred
• Healthcare management experience preferred
• Accountable for overall community compliance and adherence with local, state and federal regulations as it pertains to senior-living communities
• Review and ensure proper resident charting and procedure documentation
• Participate in development of any plans of corrections and assure on-going compliance
• Oversee resident care plans in coordination with participating medical personnel and ensure they are compliant with state regulations
• Participate in the preadmission screening process of potential residents
• Proven Leader
• Team Builder
• Experienced Educator
• Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel and online systems
• Great communication skills
