Chiropractor

Position Summary
The Chiropractor will maintain focus on quality patient care and wellness. This position must be able to manage a solid new patient base and navigate a quickly growing practice. The Chiropractor will also focus on marketing objectives including but not limited to specialty talks, social media, etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Adjusting and managing patient care.
• Competency in performing diagnostic tests such as X-Rays.
• Providing patients with tips to improve their lifestyle.
• Tracking patient information, keeping detailed records of conditions and care.
• Understanding of stretches, exercises, therapies, and dietary changes that may help patients manage their overall health.
• Ability to analyze patient conditions based on observations and medical tests.
• Commitment to providing the best possible care.
• Conduct marketing talks, outreach opportunities, and social media responsibilities.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Learning and Development

• Learn the basics of the Dignify System and complete introductions and check-ins as required.
• Complete additional training and continuing education as asked.
• Attend seminars and meetings as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Must have an active Chiropractic license in state of employment.
• Must obtain malpractice insurance.
• Comprehensive knowledge of neuromusculoskeletal injuries, conditions, and treatments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
• Able to type minimum of 50 words per minute.
• Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, sitting, bending, stooping, and walking.
• Be able to use your hands to control, hold, and feel objects.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
