Business Office Manager

The Springs of Little Rock is actively seeking a full-time Business Office Mnager to work in the finance office of our Skilled Nursing Facility in El Dorado Arkansas. The ideal candidate will be detailed-oriented and able to effectively multi-task, should also be computer savvy, have a good personality and be able to work well with others.

Duties:

• Meeting with residents/families to discuss their financial obligations
• Assist with gathering of documentation for Medicad applicants, inputting of census information and billing and clinical software.
• Collection of private and income monies owed tofacility
• Assist with the insurance authorization process.
• Other duties as required 

Requirements

•  Strong knowledgement of Medicare,Medicad and HMo processes.
• High comfort level to meet with residents/families to discuss and advise on their financial obligations.
• Must be computer literate, and proficent in Microsoft Office should be highly detailed and organized.
