As a CNA/Driver you will be the face of our facilities making that all important first impression to residents and families as you transport from the hospital to their destination Skilled Nursing Facility.

- As a CNA Driver, your primary responsibility will be transporting residents. In down time you may be responsible for transportation of residents to appointments and dialysis. Additionally, you will schedule routine maintenance on the vehicle and maintaining the cleanliness of the vehicle at all times.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Pick up new admissions
- Maintain cleanliness of bus/van interior and exterior
- Conduct a daily safety inspection of the interior and exterior of the van/bus
- Transport patients to dialysis appointments
- General Responsibilities:
- Schedule routine maintenance of the bus/van
- Communicate with families about the residents’ appointments
- Other duties as assigned
- Qualifications:
- Valid State Driver’s License that is in good standing
- Must be at least 25 years of age
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Current CNA license A MUST
