The International Digital Product Owner works cross-functionally with the IT Engineering and QA, Operations, Marketing, Finance and related teams to establish digital products that support the Company’s International business. This role leads the execution of strategic direction established by leadership and ensures that both internal and external customer interests are represented. The Product Owner will build and maintain the backlog of digital enhancements, ensure projects are delivered on-time and budget, define technical requirements and use cases, and maintain a clear PI and sprint planning process. This role partners with US and Canada product owners to adapt changes for priority markets in International across all digital products and sets scope and roadmap across platforms such as websites, loyalty, delivery, curbside, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for market, business case, and competitive analysis related to Wendy’s digital products. Leads the design and delivery of digital experiences that are both personal and delightful for our customers. Understands business strategy and clarifies customer objectives.

Establishes and follows processes for alignment with key stakeholders and priorities. Balances the needs of competing stakeholders to ensure decisions made reflect the best interests of Wendy’s as an enterprise. Consults with international regional teams and partners with FZs to support digital products and feature enhancements and implementation in the respective markets.

Accountable for operating within an Agile environment, collaborating with teams in the US, Canada, and internationally to ensure the success of digital initiatives across the market. Takes ownership of the digital backlog in the market, encompassing various channels such as the app, website, and CRM

Establish effective working relationships with business partners. Work cross-functionally to ensure business requirements and solution capabilities are effectively matched and implemented.

Develops spirit of teamwork and collaboration with clear lines of accountability for key decisions

Responsible for writing Acceptance Criteria and for approval and validation of User Stories. Manages portfolio of IT initiatives to ensure proper prioritization and delivery of initiatives on time and in budget.
Minimum Wage: USD $115,000.00/Yr. Maximum Wage: USD $175,000.00/Yr. Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Technology, Business, or Marketing related field

6 years of experience working on cross-functional teams with a proven history of achieving business results

4 years of experience working with a variety of digital technology, reflected in a thorough understanding of the digital space

Experience in a project manager role for enterprise-wide projects, preferably for a consumer-facing brand

Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to align stakeholders with competing interests

Proven prioritization and organization skills
This position will spend 2-3 days a week at our home office in Dublin, OH #LI-Hybrid

The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. * The target annual bonus for this role is 20% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
