The Whitestone Group Inc. is an industry leading security company providing services to the U.S. Government with an international presence. The company is currently seeking to hire a Site Manager for a federal contract.

The Project Manager is the Chief Administrator responsible for the overall supervision, management and evaluation of all personnel assigned to this contract. You will over see three close distance locations with 24 hour security including holidays. Full authority to act on behalf of his/her company at the locations specified under this contract, he/she will accomplish this by planning, directing and organizing any and all facets of their contractual responsibilities.
Contingent on The Whitestone Groups successful nomination to this contract.
Position located in Washington, DC - Must be willing to sign letter of intent for 18 months.
Project Manager:
- Armed position in plain clothes
- Min Hours: M-F 7:30 to 3:30
- Minimum 2 yrs managing contract law enforcement personnel
- Must be available 24/7 thru phone, pager or radio
- Tier 3 Secret clearance
- Favorably completed Tier 2 background investigation
- US citizen
- Demonstrable proficiency and fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English to include ability to write clear, concise, accurate, and detailed reports
- Min 21 yo
- Medically fit to carry out duties
- Conduct themselves in manger that treats others with courtesy and respect
- Possess honesty, integrity, good judgement, courage, alertness, self-reliance
- Ability and skills to tactfully and positively interact with stakeholders while maintaining pose and self-control under stress
- Ability to demonstrate poise, self-confidence, and sound decision making
- Ability to learn and adapt to changing situations
- Ability to understand and apply printed rules, directives, detailed orders, instructions, procedures, and training materials
- Possess REAL ID Act compliant photo ID, state-issued guard license and weapon permit
- Be and remain drug free for the duration of their employment
