Description:
The role of the Production Supervisor is to run, manage, and maintain production in all of its entirety; to manage and maintain the production product and staff. Be the final set of eyes on the product before its released as a Wolf Product.
Essential Job Functions:
· Train all new Production Employees on each job responsibility
· Check in all products
· Check out all products
· Maintain the Wolf Product quality control and continue with strict standards on out-going products
· Production Inventory
· Process all Production work tickets
· Develop new procedures for more efficient and faster production
· Maintain Fork Lift operation training
· Assign daily tasks to all employees in order to maximize each employee’s skill
· Communicate effectively with Management about any specific needs of the Employee
· Report any damaged or defective cabinets to management
· Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment
· Assist General Manager with the management of operations, including supervision of staff, identifying business opportunities and risks, controlling the budget, and managing inventory.
· Insure compliance by personnel with all safety policies, procedures, rules and guidelines
· Follow all company policies and procedures.
· Comply with all elements of the Core Values and use the Quality System, including ISO procedures, corrective and preventative actions, the customer complaint policy, and best practices to achieve continuous process improvements and ensure total customer satisfaction.
· Maintain a positive work environment by behaving and communicating in a professional, courteous, respectful, ethical manner with customers, clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
· Use good judgment and common sense.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
