You: A passionate leader with 3 years of non-profit fundraising experience. You build strong relationships, innovate with fundraising strategies, and thrive in a mission-driven environment.

Here's how you'll make a difference:

  • Lead ALL fundraising efforts - annual campaigns, major gifts, events, grants, and more! ️
  • Build connections with key stakeholders - corporations, foundations, and individual donors.
  • Manage the donor database & develop a rockstar recognition plan. ⭐️
  • Train volunteers & represent WBHI at events, spreading awareness and securing vital funds.
  • Demonstrate strong management skills to lead a successful fundraising team.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive fundraising budget.
  • Excel at time management and document processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
