Job Title: Bartender

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to our guests with professionalism and efficiency. Your role will be crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional service to enhance the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities:
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware
- Check identification of customers to verify legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and alcohol serving guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders
- Upsell additional products when appropriate to maximize sales

Skills:
- Proficient in Aloha POS system
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and measuring ingredients
- Excellent customer service skills to engage with patrons effectively
- Previous experience in bartending or food service industry preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Sales skills to promote specials and increase revenue
- Familiarity with catering and banquet operations is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $5.00 - $10.00 per hour
