**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a part time experienced Speakeasy Cocktail Server to join our team. In this role you must be able to thrive in a unique environment as we have curated a cocktail menu to please our guests that needs served in a refined way. We also offer a small selection of snacks and desserts. You will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction through prompt and accurate service.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders promptly
- Help prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems with accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the beverage service area
- Upsell additional items to enhance the guest experience
- Build rapport with customers to ensure a positive dining experience
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Proficiency in using Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
