A Ziegenfelder Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for: Receive incoming raw materials: Inspect truck and follow the SOP’s for receiving and storing raw materials Receive materials in the WMS Record receipt into the receiving log. Report this to finance at the end of each month Label raw material properly Record lot numbers(sticks) Receiving paperwork must be signed off on, raw material match what was receive. Receiving paperwork must be submitted to the appropriate person. Communication with suppliers and carriers to ensure deliveries are set and properly planned Manage inventory warehouse and online: Manage par levels at the warehouse Maintain, update, and edit in the WMS and inventory worksheet for accuracy Assist with EOM Keep track of back hauls and report to finance. No more than 5 a week Review schedule at least one week in advance and communicate any possible shortages or issues. Purchasing of raw materials. Communication: Responsible for communicating daily activities to Freezer Manager, Freezer staff, and operations team. Communication with suppliers and carriers to ensure deliveries are set and properly planned Who We Are The Armstrong Group is a family owned and operated collection of diverse companies.
