Entertainment Lighting Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Assist Lead Project Managers
- Oversee project from acquisition throughout completion within required budget and schedule.
- Manage drawings, purchase orders, and budgets throughout the project.
- Manage paperwork such as weekly time sheets, vendor invoices, expense reports, etc. to ensure timely review and submittal to appropriate departments.
- Coordinate with equipment department for project related rental equipment required onsite as needed.
- Collaborate with Systems Sales to create bids and quotes
- Use project management software
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years experience in project management in the field of technical theater, TV or construction
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills
- Organizational skills
- Running knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and can adjust easily to different software
- Prior theatrical dimming/control experience
- Current valid driver's license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $49,788.00 - $105,756.00 per year
