Description

At Mather, our focus is on providing extraordinary service to residents. Were seeking full time cook who can do it allwith a working knowledge of both a la carte and batch cooking techniques, as well as restaurant and rotational style menus.

Our culinary team serves timely, quality meals in multiple restaurants within our senior living community.

Candidate must be available weekends and holidays.

Splendido is a Life Plan Community for those age 55 and better. Thanks to our creative and dedicated staff, we offer residents new possibilities each dayalong with resort amenities, numerous options for healthy lifestyles, and a breathtaking location in Oro Valley, Arizona.

Splendido includes 293 Terrace and Villa Homes, as well as assisted living, memory care, long-term care, and rehab housing and services, along with multiple restaurants, a fitness center, art studio, a putting green, and more.

Splendido is located at 13500 Rancho Vistoso Boulevard in Tucson.

Required

1-3 years : Required : 1-3 years previous cooking experience, basic knowledge and understanding of cooking techniques, ability to communicate with supervisors, co-workers, residents and guests and to follow standardized recipes.

Able to operate kitchen equipment and tools found within the hospitality / health care industry. Current sanitation certification.
