We are hiring a Technical Integration Analyst to work in Laurel, MD. Position location is subject to change based on central MD client's needs.
Required: TS/SCI with a polygraph
Responsibilities:
- Provides technical development and system design skills
- Assists with the design and creation of technical specifications from functional specifications for complex development projects
- Assists with the analysis, design, programming, and testing of solutions to complex production problems, supports development of test scenarios and cases
- In partnership with Business Process and other Technical Integration Analysts, identifies trade off criteria and recommends alternative technical solutions
- Employs a high degree of creativity, foresight, and mature judgment to plan, organize and discuss technical issues and strategies
- Fully knowledgeable in all aspects of program, technical and functional areas
- Provides input to options/white papers, status reporting and work plan maintenance
- Develops and maintains REST services
Qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of SQL Server/Oracle application development
- Strong technical knowledge with 2 to 5 years of experience in C# and ASP coding or ability to learn quickly
- Experience with projects in multiple technologies and functions
- Experience with identification and documentation of technical and system requirements
- Experience with conceptual design and development of functional, technical, and system design documents
- Experience addressing critical issues with application architecture to include functional and technical designs
- Experience with technical development and implementation of a federal acquisition system solution or similar relevant experience implementing a COTS tool preferred
- Experience integrating COTS or GOTS capabilities with other SSOR preferred
