About the Role:
As an Enterprise Architect, you will help solve our most challenging business problems. You will facilitate customer needs by synthesizing your observations from customer engagements based on regulatory requirements. You will also help create and build software that matters using modern JavaScript and software development best practices (Agile, TDD, Continuous Delivery). Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the business and technical teams needs and the needs of the customers
- Ensure compliance to solution architectural design
- Provide architectural guidance to the organization
- Experience in design, code, test, debug, and document applications
- Experience in application design, latest design patterns, deployment, and troubleshooting
- Ability to provide post-implementation support and resolve any post-implementation technical issues
- Render consulting services for client implementations
- Explain technical issues and IT solution strategies to stakeholders and other IT professionals
- Ensure that solution milestones are accomplished at the right time
- Identify and mitigate existing business risk or risks associated with solution architecture
- Create standard architectural diagrams and maintain an architectural library
- Translate technical architecture into business language
Qualifications:
- 6 years' experience within specific technology domains (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
- 5 years' experience building Enterprise Level Applications, and several years in design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications or infrastructures
- Demonstrated experience managing and coaching development and product teams
- Demonstrated experience with server-side programming languages such Java, PHP, C#, Python, Angular, etc.
- Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational database technologies such as MySQL, SingleStore, SQL Server, MongoDB is required
- Demonstrated knowledge of Software Design Patterns and Techniques
- Master's degree is strongly preferred but at minimum a Computer Sciences related degree is required
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Ability to document requirements and specifications
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and techniques
