Environmental Services Technician

Summary:

Theory Wellness is looking for a Full-Time Environmental Services Technician for our cultivation facility in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. Our mission is to cultivate the highest quality cannabis in the Commonwealth for the medical and adult use markets. This requires the highest level of cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

• Vacuuming all common areas.
• Processing laundry
• Sanitizing areas as directed
• Cleaning bathrooms and common rooms
• Preparing cleaning solutions
• Removing trash
• Painting
• Other tasks as directed by supervisor
• Ability to take on additional tasks as required
• All other duties as assigned

Compensation: Based on Experience

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years working within an environmental services position or equivalent
• Proper use and understanding of PPE
• Driver’s License
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal direct supervision
• Ability to follow SOP’s
• Team Player with a positive attitude
• High energy, enthusiasm, and the willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
• Experience working in a highly regulated industry
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work with cleaning products
• Must work well on with minimal supervision
• Ability to solve unexpected problems quickly
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check; No drug related felony
