Role Description

This is a part-time or full-time, contract role. You can choose to be responsible for providing therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups using evidence-based practices to manage and overcome various mental health challenges. You can work closely with other clinicians, make referrals, and collaborate with clients on their goals and plans. This role starts off as contract with a potential to transition into a W2 based on your goals and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Accurate evaluation and development of comprehensive treatment plans
• Providing stellar client service and progressive collaboration with our motivated team
• Creative utilization of therapeutic interventions, helping clients reach and surpass their goals
• Provide therapy services for individuals, families, or groups of your choosing
• Part-time requires a minimum of 15 completed 1-hour sessions per week. To achieve full-time status, clinicians must maintain a completed caseload of a minimum of 25 1-hour client visits per week
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling the mental health gaps in our community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Be an advocate for your client by coordinating services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, Thera-fi staff, and school staff as needed
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training

Required qualifications:

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution
• Professional licensure is mandatory
• Experience with diagnostic assessments, constructing treatment plans, and clinical case recording
• Passion for diverse therapeutic approaches and empathy for various communities
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries with clients
• Familiarity with Gmail and EHR systems (like TherapyNotes) however, we still provide the training.
• Fully Licensed Clinicians credentialed with insurance panels are ideal for expediting your onboarding but our credentialing experts will walk you through the entire process.
