Who We’re Looking for:
Therabody is seeking a Brand Manager (Contract-To-Hire) that will help grow brand awareness and drive sales within key audiences. The Brand Manager will participate in ever aspect of our brand experience including positioning, competitive analysis, and helping the brand grow across different verticals. The ideal candidate embraces innovation, creativity, and collaboration, with an analytical and a data-driven approach to create world-class marketing across channels. They are passionate about creativity and telling our story in innovative ways that excite customers, while embracing our company’s mission of helping everybody. Under the guidance of our Marketing team, the Brand Manager will build and execute marketing plans that energize, activate and retain the Therabody community around the world.
This position is Contract-To-Hire and the contract period will be re-evaluated after 3 months for full-time consideration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead in the development of a mid-long term attack plan aligned with global and local stakeholders to grow brand awareness and drive sales with key audiences.
- Assist in developing marketing calendar to deliver against key moments, promos and campaigns targeted at key audience that roll into larger brand calendar.
- Develop creative solutions that take our storytelling to the next level and inspire the target audience.
- Brief creative content to internal design team for target audience.
- Work cross functionally with sales, design, production, events, social, influencer, partnerships, and retail to gather input on audience needs and ensure strong alignment with marketing strategy.
- Contribute to the development of key product messaging, positioning, segmentation, and lifecycle management.
- Build collaborative relationships with audiences and key partners to identify unmet needs for each specific audience.
- Be connected with audience needs through frequent in person interaction.
- Understand market trends and key consumer insights.
- Set and measure key KPIs for initiative.
- Demonstrate in-depth understanding of marketing and project management.
- Drive innovation and collaboration across organization.
The Right Person Would Have:
- 5 years experience in a brand marketing or brand management role
- Proven expertise in marketing and/or brand strategy, including positioning and architecture, gained from agency and/or brand side experience.
- Proven track record of leveraging data driven research/analysis to drive strategic direction and optimize marketing programs.
- Strong project management skills to effectively plan, prioritize, and execute various brand activities within tight deadlines.
- Strong Power Point and MS Office/Mac skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Creative, innovative and ability to generate ideas.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with cross functional team.
- Event & budget management experience.
- Media knowledge.
