We are looking for a Client Care Coordinator / Administrative Staff to join our growing team and play a key role in establishing the direction and trajectory of the future of our practice. The Position:

Full Time/Part-Time Client Care Coordinator - Ability to start immediately!

We are seeking a full time exceptional, highly motivated, organized, hard-working candidate to join our outpatient team.

All candidates must have administrative experience. Basic billing experience and/or experience in the provision of mental health services is preferred, but not required.

MSW/MEd Students: We offer internship, field placement, and practicum positions. Client Care Coordinators can transition into an internship position at TheraCorp, if desired. We offer a stipend for field placement/internship positions taken on by existing CCCs who have been with us for 2 years or more.

Responsibilities Include...

  • Oversing general office operations.
  • Supervising, training, and mentoring office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Monitoring and reporting accountability to ensure efficient operations.
  • Resolving issues and coaching the front desk team members to ensure quality operations.
  • Greeting clients in a professional and courteous manner, answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls, and delivering the highest in customer service to our clients by providing accurate and timely information.
  • Answering potential client inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that clients are properly informed as to TheraCorp’s policies and procedures in regard to appointments.
  • Working with insurance carriers/payors and clearing houses to perform insurance verifications to ensure that clients have adequate benefits and immediately reporting any discrepancies to the billing supervisor and/or clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Two years of administrative experience preferred
  • Billing experience preferred
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure, while managing multiple tasks, staff members, and responsibilities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
